Jithin Sebastian is the Head of Engineering at Mozilor, the company behind the CookieYes consent management platform. Alongside that role, he leads information security and research and development at Mozilor. He joined Mozilor as an engineer and grew into its engineering leader, and has more than 10 years of software engineering experience in total, over 5 of them at Mozilor. At CookieYes he scaled the platform from 100,000 to more than 1.5 million users over three to four years, built data pipelines that handle over 3 billion requests a day, and architected its large-scale web scanning infrastructure. His work spans backend systems in Node.js, Go and Python, data infrastructure built on streaming pipelines and Elasticsearch, cloud platforms on AWS and GCP, and the security and privacy engineering that GDPR compliance depends on. He has also driven AI adoption across Mozilor, where engineers now work with agentic coding tools and no longer write code by hand, and has overseen the company's AI systems, including agency and affiliate verification pipelines, automated cookie classification and a customer support assistant.

He leads engineering across Mozilor's products and also takes charge of information security and research and development. He scaled CookieYes from 100,000 to over 1.5 million users in three to four years and built pipelines that process more than 3 billion requests a day.
His core stack is Node.js, Go and Python on the backend, React, Vue and TypeScript on the frontend, data streaming, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL and Redis for data, and AWS, GCP, Kubernetes and Terraform in the cloud, alongside GDPR and privacy engineering.
He drove AI adoption across the company, where engineers now work with agentic coding tools and manual coding is at zero. He has overseen Mozilor's AI implementations, including agency and affiliate verification pipelines, an automated cookie classification system and a customer support assistant.
